9 Different Ways I Use Shredded Chicken to Make Simple & Easy Meals

I LOVE to eat. Who doesn’t? When it comes to cooking however, let’s just say, I am not overly enthusiastic about it. The good news is not one of these recipes was created by me. I have, however, made all of them and they all completely rock and are not time consuming. I love shredding chicken and putting it into meals because

  • it’s super simple
  • somehow I never manage to mess up recipes with shredded chicken
  • shredded chicken freezes well
  • I am not a huge chicken fan, but I do really like shredded chicken
  • the chicken is already cooked, so the meals are usually done in 30 minutes or less

I usually just substitute whatever cut of chicken they ask for with the same amount of shredded chicken, however I add the shredded chicken in the last 7-10 minutes of the recipe. The shredded chicken is already cooked, so it really just needs to be heated up again.
