How I Get Paid to Take Surveys and Earn Amazon Gift Cards

Getting paid to take surveys isn’t really a new concept. I remember there being sites like this when I was in high school, although there were very few of them and these sites have exploded since then. These days, there are literally hundreds of them. I don’t spend as much time as I used to on these sites, but they really are a great way to make an extra income. I actually use these sites to help pay for our dog and cat food. We buy all of our pet food through Amazon’s subscribe and save program and all of these sites allow you to cash out with Amazon gift cards.

Now this list is not very large, but out of all the survey sites I have tried, these are my absolute favorites. They are the easiest ones to earn money with in my opinion. I don’t spend a ton of time taking surveys and I still consistently earn between $30 – $60 each month. I aim to complete one survey a day, sometimes more if I have extra time. If you have a lot of extra time, you could easily earn over $100 each month, probably even more. Most of these sites also allow you to cash out through Paypal, which makes it very easy to use the money towards bills as well.

MintVine: This is by far my favorite site. They email me new survey opportunities between 5-10 times a day. Now obviously I don’t qualify for all of them, but I always qualify for at least 1 -3 of them. This site does not waste your time. It tells you pretty quickly if you do not qualify and the surveys are all 20 minutes and under. At least I have personally never seen a survey over 20 minutes. The minimum cash out is $10, but it’s very easy to get to. They also have a daily poll worth 5 points, and if you take the poll 10 days in a row, they give you an additional 25 points. Once you reach $10, cash out takes between 5-7 days, however, it’s totally worth it. This site is very easy to earn decent money with, with little to no effort.  Sign up here

Swagbucks: Swagbucks has been around for quite some time. When people think of taking surveys online, this is probably the site they think of. Swagbucks is so much more than just surveys. I think my favorite option is earning Swagbucks shopping. I do a lot of shopping online, so each month when I order from Target or Walmart, I go through Swagbucks first. You can also earn by taking the daily poll, listening to the radio, watching tv, searching the web, completing offers, playing games and more! They have a huge selection of gift cards and if you like Amazon, you only need $3 to cash out! You even get $5.00 just for signing up. They also have an app, which makes earning money even easier, although I have found it to be a little bit wonky at times. Sign up here

Inbox Dollars: I’m still a little new to Inbox Dollars but it seems there are several ways to earn. They have surveys, games, offers to complete, videos to watch, a search engine and more. The only thing I do not like is that you have to have $30.00 before you can cash out, but they do give you a $5.00 sign up bonus and there seem to be several ways to earn cash to make it easier to get to the $30.00. Surveys On The Go App: This smartphone app is not going to make you a ton of money. The surveys are very sporadic, although I have seen quite a few $3-$4 surveys pop up when I do get them. The reason I really like this app is because when you do qualify for a survey, they are very simple surveys. They do not take very long to complete and they always credit. I also love survey apps because it is so easy to fill in downtime when you’re waiting at the doctor’s office or picking the kids up from school. Might as well make that downtime productive 🙂 They have a minimum $10 cash out. Sign up here

Survey.com App: This is another smartphone app I like, however, it is nowhere near as good as Surveys On The Go. It is easy to use, but I rarely receive surveys and when I do they are typically low paying ($.15 to $.30). I still wanted to list it though because again, survey apps are pretty easy money and make use of the time you may have wasted playing Candy Crush. If you are interested in mystery shopping or handing out product samples, I get a ton of requests through this app to do this. Even though this app is supposed to be for surveys, I find it sends me more mystery shopping offers than anything else. Sign up here

Bing.com Search Engine: This isn’t actually a survey site, but I wanted to mention it here because it is a very simple way to earn Amazon gift cards. Bing.com will pay you in gift cards just for using their search engine. I typically earn an additional $10 a month for doing something I already do anyways. Sign up here

I know this is not a massive list of survey sites, but if you have a limited amount of time, these are the best ones I have found that do not waste your time, are legitimate and are not loaded with spam and pop-ups.
